Inzant sales is rolling out a new support system for your sales reps!
At Inzant we want to give our users out on the road and in the office the best user experience we can. This means we have to have a seamless easy to use support system. In 2016 we have made some changes to the way we offer support for your hard working reps in order to speed up our processes and get these reps back out on the road sooner.
Reps can now lodge support cases through the Inzant app which will go directly into our support system. Reps can find the support tab in the Inzant app.
Pressing this tab will take them to the support portal. The support portal will be the hub for all things help related! Reps can find help documents and guides for things they might not know how to do or common support questions we receive.
If the answer to a reps support question can’t be found in our help documents they can raise a support ticket. Support ticket are easy to raise and give reps the chance to explain he issue in depth and even include screenshots of the issue. After a ticket is raise it will be sent to the support system and be looked at by our team as they come in and shared with our nominated support contacts at your business to keep you in the loop.
